Greenward Washington was established in Tukwila, WA over 21 years ago. We did not grow through billboards, mailers or aggressive sales tactics. We grew one project at a time, one relationship at a time: a neighbor who saw our crew at work across the street, a property manager who appreciated that we showed up when we said we would, a homeowner who referred us to their family because they knew we would treat them right.
